Forrest Yoga was created by Ana Forrest. It is a healing yoga method using deep breathing and vigorous sequence to connect feeling to the body, engage the core, build strength, awaken senses, sweat out toxins and release emotions stored in our bodies tissues. Deep backbends and hip opening poses, arm balances and inversions. A mixed – advanced level class.
This practice is taught in a heated space, about 26-28c.
