Power Vinyasa Flow

Inspired by many forms of yoga, with a strong foundation in the Ashtanga tradition. This is an invigorating practice with creative and playful sequencing. More challenging asanas are practiced, such as deeper backbends, arm balances and inversions.Energetic, dynamic and meditative, this class maintains focus on breath awareness, core strength and key alignment principles. With emphasis on movement, balance and intention, this class will help with core and muscle strength to build a solid base for a strong yoga practice. Suitable for those familiar with basic yoga poses and looking for a deeper, more challenging practice. Be prepared to sweat!
