Being a new mum is a time when you give of yourself so completely and unconditionally that it’s important to remember to
take care of yourself! After the birth of your little one and when you feel ready, come and enjoy some time out in a
practice specifically designed for your needs during this period. Strengthen abdominal muscles and release tension in the
hips, shoulders and upper back. Re-condition the muscles challenged by pregnancy and child birth. This class is the
perfect balance of community, laughter, relaxation, and strengthening.
All levels welcome, and no yoga experience is necessary.
