Hatha Flow is a balanced combination of Hatha poses flowing in a mindful sequence from one to another. We keep it simple – no experience is necessary (and no, you don’t have to be able to touch your toes!). Attention is always given to basic alignment. Observation of breath and body are an integral part of class. Modifications will be provided for postures to enhance flexibility, alignment, and strength and make this class accessible for all. The intention of this class is to gently stimulate, relax and rejuvenate the body, calm the mind and connect to what matters most in life.
Classical sun salutations, standing poses, gentle back strengthening poses, forward bends and twists are practiced in this class.
