Restorative Yoga is a healing form of Hatha yoga where gentle postures are practiced while the body is comfortably supported with bolsters and blankets. Beginner and advanced students will enjoy a practice that will strengthen the immune system, calm the nervous system, and invigorate and refresh a tired mind and body. Enhances relaxation and well-being.
