This class is a gentle paced class with focus on the use of breath in combination with postures/asanas. The combination of the two allow the body to open and to release tension, tightness and stress. The class encourages development of strength, co-ordination, flexibility, and balance of the body, mind and spirit. A great class for those who enjoy a slower class, beginners or those with health concerns. A fantastic class for stress reduction. A guided meditation will also be offered. Suitable for all!
