Don’t know where to begin? Think no more! We know that trying something new can be daunting which is why we are offering a Beginner Flow class. We keep it simple – no experience is necessary (and no, you don’t have to be able to touch your toes!). This class is the ultimate introduction to Yoga.
We believe everyone needs to start at the beginning! This Beginner Flow class provides a safe environment for beginning students to learn the correct form of the basic yoga postures. Basic yoga postures are the building blocks of a healthy yoga practice. Classical sun salutations, standing poses, gentle back strengthening poses, forward bends and twists are practiced in these classes.
What do you need:
- Bare feet
- Loose comfortable clothing
- Yoga mat
- An open mind!
